Hexadromeus ferox

“Ferocious six-runner”
Previous    |    Next

An incredibly agile bear-sized predator that could run terrifyingly fast using its six legs. At least one pair of legs is always on the ground while it’s running, affording it great stability. Its extreme speed has been documented in fossil trackways.
